Traditionally used for liquid condiments like olive oil or balsamic vinegar, a cruet is essentially a small carafe with a stopper. THE, a Japanese brand known for re-imagining products, teamed up with designer Keita Suzuki to create THE Soy Sauce Cruet. Made with hygienic, non-lead crystal, this cruet uses a separate vessel and cap to keep your liquid condiments, presumably soy sauce, fresh. Most importantly, there are special spouts built into the cap that allow for easy pouring but prevent spilling. It’s a minimal, unbranded replacement for that dual spout Kikkoman container you’d find in any kitchen.
