Look, I’m going to say it – we need more idiots in media. I want things dumbed down, easy-to-follow, and without a lot of highfalutin language to put me off from reading any further. That’s why, when first hearing about The Best Grilling Cookbook Ever Written By Two Idiots, I was intrigued. Here we have Ryan Fey and Mark Anderson of Grill Dads demystify grilling into easy to understand, simple guides while also providing a level of down-to-earth instruction and a pretty easy-going tone. With recipes and clear instructions, I’m happy to have these idiots guiding me through grilling (their words, not mine).
