After a successful run in both Austin and Los Angeles, the infamous Los Pollos Hermanos is coming to New York for a pop up April 9 and 10. The pop-up events are happening to promote the new season of Better Call Saul that premieres April 10 at 10/9c. Bob Odenkirk and Giancarlo Esposito both made appearances at the SXSW pop-up but haven’t confirmed anything for the New York edition. Previous menu items have included curly fries with multiple dipping sauces, and well, that’s it. None of the breakfast tacos, burgers, burritos or fried chicken on the menu were being served, but the official menu for the New York location has not been released. Hopefully this time around they actually serve something other than curly fries. The Los Pollos Hermanos pop-up restaurant will be located at 243 Pearl St. and will be open from 11-8 on the 9th and 10-8 on the 10th. Get there early if you actually want to get inside because the lines at the last two locations were around the block.
