When COVID-19 kills almost all recreation that we know of, Luxury Strike brings the bowling alley to you. No joke. The Southfield, Michigan company has turned a 53-foot semi-trailer into a mobile bowling alley that has two lanes, an elevated lounge with plush leather seating, an 80-inch TV, and electronic scorekeeping. Lest you think it can’t hold much, the lounge area has a 15-person capacity, in addition to the lanes. Even though the lanes are the 60-foot ten-pin regulation length, it still looks like a hell of a lot of fun. Bowling balls have been lightened to three pounds, so you can hurl to your heart’s delight (just avoid nailing the screens). If you’re in the Southfied area, you can book for two or more hours, and it’s sure to be like nothing you’ve ever done before.
