As the world becomes progressively more green, some may think that shoes are the final frontier in making sustainable adjustments for a better Earth. SeaVees and Jungmaven have teamed up to tackle this cause. Recently released, the collab has produced ten products for both men and women that highlight the comfort, durability, and breathability of natural hemp, the main component of the shoes construction. Jungmaven’s mission is to highlight the many uses of hemp and having a collection that fits well within the broader range of daily-wear sneakers, like those from SeaVees, shows how subtle integration can succeed as a marketing effort. We hope to see this collection expand over the seasons, because it’s definitely a step in the right direction for footwear (pun intended).
