Machine Era is not a new brand round these parts. Their Key Square is the carabiner redefined. Their Bottle Opener is, well, just a really sick bottle opener. They’ve turned their love of machining just about anything to one of the other most important pieces of a guy’s everyday carry, the wallet. Like everything else Machine Era, the wallet is fully machined. It’s available in flat black anodized 6061 high grade aluminum or solid brass. Every surface of the wallet is taken down to a tolerance of plus or minus five thousandths of an inch which is a completely insane level of detail. The aluminum wallet weighs 1.3oz. The brass wallet weighs 3.9oz. Both of them hold two to six cards with a simple elastic band and measure 3.65″ x 2.48″ x 0.25.”
