Round these parts, when we use the word pot it’s for not for something you use to store plants, it’s the plant itself. In fact, this might be the first time we’ve ever covered a flower pot at all, but the Pothra has been worth the wait. Designed by the creative minds at everyone’s favorite out-of-the-ordinary watch company, Nooka, Pothra is as big a departure from the norm as possible when it comes to a flower pot. Pothra is made of resin and recycled coffee grounds. Yes, the same sort of coffee grounds that you’re all too familiar with from pot cleanings, press rinsings and filter disposals. What is garbage, essentially, gets mixed with a biodegradable resin and then molded into the cool shape you see in front of you. Since the resin reacts differently with all the different types of grounds, each one is going to have a unique look. Recycling never looked this good.
