It doesn’t matter how many sweet, limited edition, designer collaborated pairs of Converse / Asics / Vans you own – every man needs at least one good pair of boots. Unless you also happen to have the last name Eastwood – or live below the bible belt – those boots should not be cowboy boots. These boots from River Island fit the bill, but other than the fact they have a brown leather upper and a rubber sole, we can’t tell you much about them. Oh yeah, they also happen to be lined with shearling sheepskin fur which – according to the greatest source of information on the Internet, Wikipedia – means they’re lined with the sheep equivalent of Viking unicorn pelts; this also happens to make them comfortable to wear year round. That said, we wouldn’t recommend wearing them sockless because nothing ruins a good fur lining like foot stank.
