Vans Black Rata Vulcanized Sneaker

Not quite a sneaker and not quite a slipper, Vans’ Rata Vulcanized slip-on sneakers are pretty sweet. Short lacing wraps up it’s woven hemp upper, and a textured vulcanized midsole wraps the rest. To be honest, we’re not entirely sure what vulcanized means or entails, but it sounds pretty impressive. Regardless, the result is a great all-around summer shoe that’s just as happy at the beach as it is out at bars. It’s definitely an upgrade from those old leather flip-flops, which have taken on the wonderful odor of ammonia and day old eggs.  Clean it up gents… these are as sharp as the devil himself.
