Fender American Acoustasonic Guitars

Fender American Acoustasonic Guitars

The past year or so has made it possible for all of us to pick up new hobbies we’ve been putting off forever whether it be painting, bread making, or finally learning to play the guitar. Fender has been making a number of different famous guitars and selling them in the hundreds of thousands for the better part of a century, but that hasn’t stopped the industry behemoth from innovating. A couple short years ago, Fender introduced the American Acoustasonic Guitars that seamlessly splice a hollow, wooden, acoustic-style body with clever electronics developed by Fishman that allow you to play the guitar in either acoustic or electric form–when it’s plugged in, you can activate the so-called “Acoustic Engine” processor that’s you transform the tones into pretty much whatever you want. They started with an Acoustasonic Telecaster, then moved on to the Acoustasonic Stratocaster, and now they’ve finally pulled the curtain off the one that might just be our favorite–the Fender American Acoustasonic Jazzmaster. At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter which body profile of color scheme you choose because any one of these guitars is a fantastic investment and learning tool for the music obsessed.
