We wouldn’t call utility knives versatile. They’re typically relegated to box cutting and DIY jobs. That all changes with the totally rethought Raven utility knife that can manage far more. First of all, no tools are required to swap out the inexpensive and super-sharp CKB-2 blades that are longer and more precise than the standard short 11-921s you find in most utility knives. Secondly, the blade can be fast-deployed and locked with two opening methods: a thumb stud and a flipper. Thirdly, it’s crafted from Grade 5 titanium for strength and lightness. Rounding it all out are a pocket clip “tactical” comb blade, tritium light tubes for high-visibility, and a large lanyard hole. It’s fully funded many times over, but you can still get in on it.
