For as long as we can remember–and even probably before then–we’ve wanted to be able to fly. It’s a pretty common thing for humans and something that Richard Browning’s Gravity Industries wanted to make possible with their Gravity Jet Suits. We’re happy to report that the technology is finally here and Browning himself took a ride on his signature, world-record-setting jet propulsion suit that is equal parts absurd / totally metal / ridiculous / real-life Tony Stark / insane / definitely something we want to strap in and try for ourselves. And honestly–despite the risks, insane physics and physical requirements–this video has done nothing but encourage us to want to attempt to build a flying a jet suit of our own… even if we blow up in the process.
