The team at Ready Set Van got their start building out a custom adventure home out of a 38′ school for Burning Man affectionately referred to as Big Larry Bus. The team has taken everything they learned from that informative adventure to start building fully-outfitted, off-grid adventure vehicles based on the Ram Promaster platform. That sleek exterior with giant sliding door hides what amounts to a full-size tiny house that you can actually drive around complete with kitchenette, dining and sleeping areas, and a garage gear-storage area below the bed for bikes, boards, and loose ends. Each Ready Set Van also comes with one or more Tesla battery modules, a 3000-watt inverter, alternator charging and solar panels, which gives you 4-15 hours of AC run time on battery-only depending on which configuration you opt for. As if those features weren’t enough, it also has AC outlets, USB charging, indoor / outdoor showers, tons of storage, composting toilets and everything else you need to life the #vanlife.
