We don’t know if everyone that designs trucks at Toyota just got old or they’re all too busy sucking on the government’s green teet to design a manly truck, but we do know we don’t like it. The 2010 Land Cruiser looks like a soccer mom’s daily driver and the 2010 FJ Cruiser looks like Halo hooked up with the octomom. What happened to black powder coating and Dynatrac Axles and a vehicle you could park in your driveway that your buddies with look at the same way they look at Christina Hendricks? ICON happened. After reviving the CJ3B Willy Jeep, ICON set their eyes on the iconic Toyota Landcruiser FJs. The new line (FJ40, FJ43, FJ45) comes stock with a 350hp/350TRQ Alloy V8 stock (450hp 5.7L V8 and Biodiesel options available), Dynatrac Axles, powdercoating (8 colors), 5-speed manual tranny, and an Atlas II transfer case. It’s testosterone you can ride around in.
