In order to celebrate New York’s rise as a cycling city, artists at 100 Copies (a collection of art prints focused on cycling) created a print of the Empire State Building using paint and 7 different types of bike tires. Using bike tires as paint brushes makes this print interesting enough in its own right, but this limited Artist’s Proof run of the prints makes them even more unique. Each print measures approximately 33 x 16.5 inches and is printed on recycled 220gsm Maple White paper that’s suitable for archival use. If you’re into New York, bikes, or both, you’re going to be hard pressed to find something more unique than this to hang on your walls.
