KFC’s Original Recipe Candle

Half the enjoyment of eating fried chicken is the smell. It enhances the anticipation of the meal and lingers when we’ve finally licked our fingers clean. Now it can linger longer, because KFC’s New Zealand branch has released a limited edition KFC scented candle. It’s part of a special promotion and can only be obtained by entering a promotional giveaway, which has since ended. But two bits of speculative good news. Companies that nail product ideas this hard don’t usually let the idea fizzle out and, if they do, there are a lot of auction sites on the internet and stuff like this always pops up on them. This isn’t the first time people have tried this either. We posted about one way back in 2013. Even though those candles aren’t available anymore, this is clearly an idea that’s going to stick around.
