When it comes to Game of Thrones branded food items, no one does it better than UK-based delivery service Deliveroo. First, it was Hot Pie selling Direwolf Bread through the popular delivery option. Now, to honor the premiere of Game of Thrones Season 8 (watch the trailer here, if you haven’t already) and the Easter holiday, Deliveroo will be delivering chocolate dragon eggs from April 14th (the date of the premiere) until Easter, April 21st. Each one of the eggs is made of white chocolate and hand-painted to look like the dragon eggs that hatched during Season 1 of the show. What’s more, each egg will weigh over 2lbs (1kg), measure just under 8″ high and, because it’s Season 8, will only cost 80 pence, or just over $1. If there’s a better value in the world of chocolate or show memorabilia, we haven’t seen it. The only unfortunate part is that the eggs will only be available to customers in London, Manchester and Leeds. It’s time to hit up your UK contacts that get you Kinder Eggs to make sure you can secure one of these chocolate Game of Thrones dragon eggs before they inevitably sell out.
