Fire Dept Booze-Infused Coffee

The Spirit Infused Coffee line consists of three separate options that pair Fire Dept’s caffeinated morning water with an infusion of bourbon, rum, or tequila to create a beverage with a different flavor kick. Rather than using a barrel aging process that can leave the coffee tasting a little too woody or harsh, Fire Dept is using a proprietary infusion process that gives you hints of the spirit’s flavor without an overtly harsh barrel taste. Tequila has hints of lime with a crisp and sweet finish. Rum is said to taste like the tropical shores of a beach vacation. The bourbon infusion packs the rich and smooth flavor of our favorite dark beverage with our essential morning drink. Each infusion in the line comes in a 16oz bag filled with either whole or ground beans.
