MUNCHIES: Late-Night Meals from the World’s Best Chefs

Chef’s Night Out, from VICE Media’s food site MUNCHIES, is a wildly popular web series that sends chefs out for a debaucherous night on the town. Episodes end with the chef cooking a late night meal for friends and coworkers at their base of operations. MUNCHIES: Late-Night Meals from the World’s Best Chefs is a cookbook based on those meals. The hardcover tome features meals, stories and fuzzy recollections from over sixty of the world’s top chefs ranging from Anthony Bourdain and David Change to Danny Bowien and Wylie Dufresne across almost three pages. Divided into chapters like Drinks, Things with Tortillas, Hardcore and Morning After, this book has more than 65 recipes that cover everything from how to get the party started to help recovering the next day. MUNCHIES: Late-Night Meals from the World’s Best Chefs is available for pre-order now with a scheduled release date in October of this year.
