Then one day while we were fumbling around with the anti-shock on our Discman, the group broke up. In “Beats, Rhymes & Life” you get taken inside the rise and fall of one of the most influential hip hop acts of all time by actor/director Michael Rapaport. Check it out, dust of all that old music from the Tribe and track down the necessary equipment to play it (try Radio Shack circa 1990 or, better yet, just download it all on iTunes).
