Anthony Bourdain left a huge gaping hole in the culinary and entertainment world when he departed the earth last summer under tragic circumstances. Now, his life is being remembered in a book titled, “Anthony Bourdain Remembered”, stemming from a private collection of photos and messages from people whom the chef and Parts Unknown host affected the most. The collection was started by CNN and originally intended for Ariane, his daughter, as a special keepsake. But Bourdain’s estate has decided to publically release them to share him with the world who loved him and his work. Kind words and from fellow chefs, as well as celebrities, writers, filmmakers, and even former President Barack Obama are strewn throughout the book and remind us that he left way too soon.
