Precise temps are the key to next-level grilling. A bird, slab of ribs, or steak can go from perfect to overcooked in a jiffy, and when you have a lot cooking, it can be challenging to stay on top of all those different items. That’s why there’s the Signals . Like the name suggests, this thermometer has four channels, meaning you can keep tabs on those pork chops, ribs, and other items all with one device. Not only that, it works with an app to deliver precise info to your phone, allowing you to wander off for a cold one without losing track of how close that ribeye is to medium rare. It’s not too early to start getting ready for grilling season.

We’ve long been obsessed with Things Organized Neatly, the Tumblr, Instagram account, and book that displays collections of items arranged in pleasing ways. It’s the reason we’re hard at work on this puzzle. When finished, the puzzle depicts a collection of retro video games and gaming systems aligned ever so perfectly. Each is made in the USA by the New York Puzzle Company and features original photography from artist Jim Golden. At 1000 pieces, it will put you to work for some time, but when you complete it you can use some puzzle glue and frame it on your wall. Out of chaos comes order, right?
