According to this job posting, The Smithsonian Food History Project is currently on the hunt for a Historian/Scholar to focus on brewing, with a strong emphasis on the craft beer movement. Game. Over. This is the job your hop-loving palate has been looking for. It’s a three-year appointment and you’ll need some experience in scholarly research, but if you’re game and you’re qualified you should apply, pronto.
