Everlane has been rethinking the cost/production equation in fashion for a few years, which has led to them producing some fantastic clothes, bags and accessories at prices you wouldn’t be able to touch even with an awesome online sale coupon. Their latest foray is the world of the lightweight jacket. The classic, light aviator jacket, specifically. Their version, the Bomber, is made of a water-resistant, 1.9oz fabric with a mesh lining and ribbing in all the right places (cuffs, waist, collar). The two angled pockets in front make it exceptionally easy to hide your hands from the elements, and the tailored back yolk makes sure it doesn’t fit like every other lightweight, water-resistant jacket you already own. The weather might be taking a turn for the balmy right now, but that doesn’t need you’re not going to need some sort of protection for those late nights on the beach and random torrential downpours.
