Jojo’s Sriracha

Jojo’s Sriracha

For as much as we like to joke about hipsters and laugh at Portlandia, we do agree that the whole slow food movement is a good thing. You know what’s also a good thing? Sriracha. So clearly, Jojo’s Sriracha, which is made with locally sourced chili peppers and a whole lot of giving a fuck (Jolene from Jojo’s words not ours), is right up our alley. What really separates this stuff from your standard rooster sauce, is the fact that no two batches are exactly alike. So each jar can be a whole new taste bud-singeing experience. Because of the time and effort put in by Jolene, the stuff is tricky to get your hands on, so keep checking her Etsy shop or make the trip over to Brooklyn. If you love Sriracha, it’s totally worth it.
