Only a couple of days ago, we shared with you Identity, a new book profiling the legendary design firm of Chermayeff & Geismar & Haviv. Well get ready for another dose of epic logo design because Dress Code recently dropped this brief documentary about the same team. “60 Years of Logos” is three minutes of logo design porn, as the late Ivan Chermayeff and Tom Geismar explain the thought process behind such well-known logos as Chase, PBS, and more. It’s a brief but interesting look at one of the most influential firms you may have never heard of.

Unzip your coat and have some mulled wine on the house—you’ve arrived at your final gifting destination: The Holiday Gift Guide. It’s like your friendly neighborhood one-stop holiday shop, except instead of balsa wood ornaments, ours is packed with thoughtful gifts for everyone on your list. Future heirlooms, small-but-significant stocking stuffers, and gear for getting out there (or staying in)—are all right here. There’s no music playing in the background though, so you’ll just have to hum Bing Crosby while you click around instead.
