Jackery Solar Rooftop Tent

Jackery has unveiled an ingenious off-grid power solution that seamlessly integrates a rooftop tent with its solar charging system. The sleek clamshell design of the tent opens upwards, revealing a row of solar panels on each side, capable of generating up to 1000W in optimal conditions. In the vast expanses of the Western US, this translates to an impressive 4.96kWh per day, tapering slightly to 4kWh as you head eastward. Unveiled at CES, the prototype showcases a 1.26kWh E1000 Plus power station that can deliver a robust 2000W of AC output.

Beyond its eco-friendly power capabilities, the tent itself is a marvel of comfort and design. Insulated for all-season use, it boasts a memory foam mattress that promises a restful night under the stars. The interior is adorned with colored dimmable lighting, creating a cozy ambiance, while the waterproof fabric ensures durability against the elements. Although still in its conceptual stage, Jackery has ambitious plans to kick off production in the fourth quarter of 2024. This innovative off-grid setup is poised to revolutionize the way adventurers experience the great outdoors.
