2023 BMW M3 Touring Competition

Before you get too excited, we should let you know that this all-wheel drive, 503-horsepower rocket sled station wagon sleeper won’t be available in the U.S., and that sucks to the pits of hell because we want the world’s first M3 station wagon for our family. It looks like an M3 sedan in front, but back end is an estate (European for wagon). The M3 Touring gets an M-specific rear axle, 3.3-inches more length, and 3 more inches of width as compared to the base 3-Series Touring. The turbocharged inline-six is mated to a BMW M Steptronic transmission. The wagon launches to 60 mph in a mere 3.6 seconds and tops out at 174 mph. Perhaps the most surprising part is the fact that the Touring adds a mere 200 pounds for 53.3 cubic feet of cargo space compared to the M3 sedan’s 13 cubes. This is the car that would make us move to Europe.
