With cable, Netflix, and internet options, finding the best thing to watch during your downtime is difficult. Instead of flipping through menus all weekend and settling on nothing, turn to What to Watch This Weekend, a series in which we give you our pick for the best new show or movie available.

If it wasn’t obvious from our array of previous articles, we’re kinda documentary nuts. That’s why we’re excited to inform you a new one that’s definitely worth your time is hitting Netflix today. The B-Side: Elsa Dorfman’s Portrait Photography is a look at the career of one of America’s most acclaimed portrait photographers. Elsa Dorfman worked with everyone from Allen Ginsberg to Steven Tyler. She used a Polaroid camera and a keen eye to display things in a portrait few others could. This documentary is as much about her as it is art and creativity in general, and we think you’d be wise to carve out time to watch it this weekend.
