Hunter S. Thompson’s life and work was fueled by drugs and chaos. Soon, that insanity will be making its way to your television screen, as Davey Holmes, the executive producer of Shameless and Get Shorty, among other things, is taking a crack at developing a TV show based on the life of HST. The show, which will be called Fear and Loathing, is a project for MGM Television and will be developed with the help of writer Bob Nelson, who snagged an Oscar nomination for Nebraska.
