The Loba House looks like it should exist in a city, sandwiched between two buildings. Exorbitant rent. Kitchen that doubles as an office. That sort of thing. Instead, Pezo Von Ellrichshausen, an art and architecture studio based in Southern Chile, placed this slender, concrete structure in the Coliumo Peninsula. It juts from a cliff and offers incredible views… or, at least it does if you’re standing on the roof, as the cold structure only has a couple windows. The monolithic building contains multiple bedrooms, a living area, and a circular opening in the ceiling that allows residents to climb up to the roof. While it’s billed as a “cottage,” we view it as a chic bunker.
