A one-of-a-kind work of industrial art, the height-adjustable lamp distinguishes itself with a blue quilted mercury shade (circa 1930, discovered in a warehouse near Kansas City), knobs salvaged from steam boilers and water spigots, a cuckoo clock pinecone counterweight and a belt wheel base from an early woodworking machine.
