Truss – The Minimalist Bottle Opener

We’ve featured plenty of bottle openers that have all kinds of bells and whistles, and while we surely dig some multifunctional ingenuity, sometimes we just like the basics. The Truss bottle opener takes a simple bottle opener and breaks it down to the bare bones. Made in the USA from either stainless steel ($8) or titanium ($17), each Truss is small (just 2.1″ long) and slips easily onto a key ring. It’s minimal and, when it comes down to it, is really the only thing you need out of your bottle opening device.
