Looking a bit like a giant barbecue grille/smoker, this small glass and black steel shelter exists for one purpose, to focus on nature. Dropped adjacent to Lake Immelin, Sweden, the shelter is simplistic but premium in its execution. Designed and built by Swedish company Vipp, the unique 592 square-foot home sleeps four and includes a kitchen, dining area, bathroom, fireplace, and sleeping quarters. The ultramodern home also happens to showcase many of Vipp’s home furnishings that match the structure perfectly in minimalist, black, white, grey, and silver. Rent it for about $1,125 for two nights or just buy one for $585,000 and drop it somewhere remote.
