Built by Carney Logan Burke Architects with interior design by WRJ Design Associates, The Barn is a 2,400-square-foot space designed to house everything except what you’d traditionally find in a barn. The newly built structure in Wilson, Wyoming, was constructed for a private client looking for a guest house, gym and a garage. The team behind the project delivered The Barn, a space that checks all the boxes the client wanted with a combination of rustic flair, modern convenience and vintage style. Downstairs you’ll find an expansive garage that houses a vintage car collection on a ceramic checkerboard tile floor. Upstairs you’ll find a workout area that looks out onto the gorgeous landscape that surrounds The Barn, along with a kitchen/dining area and a separate guest bedroom divided by a sliding barn door. Reclaimed barn wood and exposed timber are used heavily throughout the entire space to create that rustic barn vibe without, you know, feeling like you were born in a barn. We’d live there in a heartbeat.
