Good beer is good beer whether it’s served in a snifter or a Solo cup or, in this case, baked in a little doily wrapper. PubCakes are a series of dry cake mixes that are specifically designed to be made with some delicious craft beer. The four different cupcake mixes include Chocolate Stout, Belgian Spice, Cocoa Porter, and Vanilla Ale and are each designed to be made with certain styles of beer. While we’re not exactly the world’s greatest bakers, the recipes are simple enough that we could even handle them… while drinking.
