Anyone who is a devoted fan of Bravo’s Top Chef knows that there probably hasn’t been a more impressive contestant than Richard Blais. Dude was ridiculous. Unfortunately, cooking some of the stuff he concocted was simply not doable for the average home chef. Try This at Home is his way of imparting a bit of knowledge and know-how to your cooking adventures without it being overwhelming. The book contains 125 different recipes that are super creative but also accessible for anyone with at least a little bit of kitchen skill. If that doesn’t sell you, consider this: Everything Bagel Vinaigrette. Hell yes.
