Banksy is incapable of doing anything that doesn’t eventually become news. The piece was created in the South Wales town of Port Talbot; a town that made news earlier in 2018 when a World Health Organization report named it the most polluted community in the UK. The “most polluted” designation has since been revoked, but that didn’t stop the guerrilla street artist from making his own commentary on the situation in a way that only he could.
