The display gives you real-time measurements, offers conversions at the push of a button, and even stores your last measurement so you don’t have to keep repeating numbers out loud so your brain remembers them. You can even upgrade to a Bluetooth model which sends data to your phone so you have all your measurements on hand when you make the trip to the hardware store. We don’t think many of our tools need to be upgraded, but the eTape16 makes a strong case for replacing that old tape measure.
