Unless you have a ton of free time, plenty of disposable income, and a spare liver resting in your trunk, you probably aren’t going to complete this road trip in one go. There are a few things we’d fix—visit Rogue in Oregon, not California; The Alchemist is still closed to the public; B. Nektar is really a meadery—but for the most part, it’s a pretty stellar trip. Maybe take it in chunks so your hangover isn’t quite so record-setting.
