Described as the “product of a futurist, architectural mindset,” MINUS-8 watches have impressed us ever since we set eyes on their Layer Watch. They’re back with two new models—Zone 2 and Square Chrono—that are even more attractive than their predecessor. Zone 2 is a classically styled field watch with clear nods to utility, minimalism and industrial design. Square Chrono is a modern take on the classic square pilot watch. Both watches have a 316L stainless case, PVD coating, vegetable tanned leather strap and Miyota quartz movement (Zone 2 uses a Miyota 2315; Square Chrono uses a Miyota FS21). Both watches have a number of finish and strap combinations, but you can’t go wrong with any of them because they’re all sharp.
