Based on the design that was mathematically popular from the 17th century until about the 1970s, the Klokers KLOK-01 watch pays homage to the slide rule with three rotating disks that display time along a vertical line. In other words, there are separate dials for seconds, minutes and hours that you read vertically from center to tell the time. It’s their graphical representation of a slide rule that uses concentric rings and an integrated magnifying lens in the crystal to the tell the time. When the crowdfunding campaign launches later this year, it will also feature a patented docking key on the bracelet for interchangeability based on user preferences.
