Our average trips to Home Depot are generally born out of necessity: the toilet is running, or the closet needs more poles (no doubt for her clothes) or the stench of sheer manliness is permeating the otherwise humble abode. Every once in a while though, a project idea strikes and we go “shopping.” But even those projects are pale in comparison to Andrew Myers 3D Screw Portrait Murals. Composed almost entirely of screws (numbering well into the thousands) affixed at different depths, each three dimensional portrait is a true work of art and represents a dedication to the DIY craft that we just don’t have – without serious prodding of course.

Ah, the waffle weave. Looks cool, feels great, reminds us of toasted Eggos. You’ve seen them before–probably in a fancy store or hotel–but Parachute’s brand new Waffle Towels are different. They’re spun using innovative Aerocotton Technology, which basically means they’ll be dry by the time your significant other finally gets out of the shower and realizes you stole their towel. Parachute’s Waffle Towels come in two sizes and two neutral colors. Plus, their 100% cotton construction means they start soft and only get softer with time. Even Kevin McCallister would approve.
