We never thought we’d get to the point that we would actually enjoy reading or using a cookbook, but when the subtitle is “From IPAs and Bocks to Pilsners and Porters, 100 Artisanal Recipes for Cooking with Beer,” all bets are off because we love beer. What really sells it are the user review excerpts. “Easy to follow instructions.” Obviously this is a plus. “There is even a helpful chart to aid in what beers pair best with certain types of food.” Makes it easy to impress guests. “The photos are beautiful and it is so great to be able to see what the finished product should look like.” And there’s a system of checks and balances for your creation? Where do we sign?
