Jimmy Hendrix Valleys of Neptune

Jimmy Hendrix Valleys of Neptune

After Electric Ladyland – long before many of us were born – the Jimi Hendrix Experience set out to create a sequel with studio time between February and May of 1969. Unfortunately, none of the fruits of their labor – these twelve recordings – were ever released commercially. Jimi Hendrix is constantly rated the best guitar player of all time (particularly by other musicians) and practically invented the electric guitar. If there is one piece of music you legitimately acquire this year, it should be Valleys of Neptune.
