The-Pen-Project-th

Buying pens on Kickstarter has become an addiction. We could probably start a whole new website just based on the pens talented designers the world over bring to production using funding acquired through Kickstarter. We’re not actually going to do that because it takes months for most of the people to make multiple trips to China. But not Ian Schon! Schon is making his pen in the good ol’ USA, but that’s only one of the awesome things about this pen. The Pen Project is all about making a pen that will be a permanent part of an EDC for Ian. It wasn’t developed just to bring a pen to market, or have a successful Kickstarter. It was about Schon making a great pen for himself. A great aluminum pen that takes a Fisher Space Pen cartridge and is just the right size. Where do we sign?

A pocket square is a touch of old school class. It’s an element that casually lets people know you’re a gentleman. This knife from Gerber borrows its name from the humble pocket square because it too is sharp and dressy. Eschewing superfluous design elements for a sleek, clean appearance, the Gerber Pocket Square Knife is refined and mature. The machined aluminum handle is paired with a 3” drop point blade and an ambidextrous thumb lift for one stunning folder. If James Bond relied on a pocket knife, this would be it.
