Whether you’re looking for a practice space, a spot to hone your whittling skills or a covered outdoor porch, the Dragonfly Pavilion is the perfect backyard escape. Designed by CDR and manufactured by SITU Fabrication, the Dragonfly Pavilion is a one room structure designed to protect you from nature and wildlife while still being sensitive to it. As such, they designed and built the pavilion with computer-aided design and an algorithm fabricated to replicate a specific pattern based on dragonfly wings, hence the name Dragonfly Pavilion. The finished product was installed in Hoboken, New Jersey, and is a gorgeous combination of wood, screens, structure and glass that can be assembled in less than a week if you want one of your own in your backyard. It’s a great alternative to a standard gazebo if you’re looking for something a little cooler and more sustainable for dinner or a backyard respite.

Ah, the waffle weave. Looks cool, feels great, reminds us of toasted Eggos. You’ve seen them before–probably in a fancy store or hotel–but Parachute’s brand new Waffle Towels are different. They’re spun using innovative Aerocotton Technology, which basically means they’ll be dry by the time your significant other finally gets out of the shower and realizes you stole their towel. Parachute’s Waffle Towels come in two sizes and two neutral colors. Plus, their 100% cotton construction means they start soft and only get softer with time. Even Kevin McCallister would approve.
