Beer Infused Ice Cream

We don’t need to explain to you why beer ice cream is awesome, so we’re just going to talk about the different flavors available from the Shark Tank darlings Brewer’s Cow. Black and tan pints made with Guinness. Ten Penny Beer Nut Parfait made with, you guessed it, Ten Penny Ale. Bavarian Beer Brittle pints made with Samuel Adams Black Lager. Chocolate Truffle Stout made with Thomas Hooker. Each of the six packs of ice cream includes two of each of the flavors (for sharing and/or backup purposes when they inevitably get eaten by someone else) and is guaranteed frozen to your door in the lower 48 of the U.S. The only downside (if you can even call it that when you have beer-flavored ice cream) is that all the alcohol is evaporated in the cooking process. Guinness float here we come!
