Beer Grain Granola Bars. Yes, you read that right. No, this isn’t some ridiculous practical joke. ReGrained takes spent beer grain (prior to the yeast and fermentation, so there’s no booze) and combines it with local ingredients like Ghirardelli chocolate, coffee beans and Fat Uncle Farms honey and almonds to create granola bars in one of two flavors: Honey Almond IPA or Chocolate Coffee Stout. Sustainable, local ingredients combined with beer grain in an edible that somehow isn’t actually all that bad for you is pretty much heaven in our opinion.
