The Cocoon Tree is a spherical structure assembled from pieces of aluminum and waterproof canvas that you can hang just about anywhere using a combination of cords for suspension and lateral stability. It’s essentially a giant ball tent that you can hang from nature’s canopy to enjoy the environment around you without sacrificing creature comforts like a 3 meter diameter bed, optional air conditioning / heating and mosquito screens. The entire package (except cables and nets) weighs less than 150lbs empty, so your floating cabin won’t be hard to get from place to place if you choose to hang it yourself.
